ORGANISE
VYASJI MEMORIAL
LECTURE ON
“7 CPC –
DEMANDS REMAIN TO
BE ACHIEVED; STRUGGLE INEVITABLE”
13th
February is the 2nd death anniversary of Com SK Vyas, the numero
uno leader of audit as well as of central government employees’ movement.
Confederation has given a call to observe the day in a befitting manner. All
our Units will ensure success of “Vyasji Remembrance Day” organised under
Confederation/COC banner in each station.
In
addition, all the units may also organise a lecture on the subject given above
with massive participation. The lecture may be organised on a day during the
week, 13th to 17th February. The focus should be to
educate the rank and file about our demands before the 7CPC, the CPC
recommendations, the changes we demanded from the government and why, present
position there-of, the need to carry forward the struggle further and the one
day strike on 16th March 2017.
All
the units must take pain to prepare and organise the lecture. Report on implementation
of the programme may be e-mailed immediately there-after.
